Sean is one of the BEST home inspectors out there. Purchasing a home is the biggest transaction that many will make in their entire lives. When moving into a new home, we have inspectors come out to make sure that the house is well kept, doesn’t have any major damage, etc. If it does, the inspector reports everything that may be an issue so that the purchasers of the house know where they are taking on in purchasing that particular house.

So, it’s important that you have an inspector that takes his/her time, and pays attention to even the smallest details. Sear does all that and more. When he hands you his report, you know that he did the job to the best of his ability and you can rest easy knowing that you now have, in your hands, a solid overview of what to expect in the house, and a list of things that may need repairs/replacements
